Want Beach Money – Jordan Adler Can Help!

If you’re looking for Beach Money Jordan Adler can definitely help you to get it.

Beach Money

“On the beach, you can live in bliss.”
– Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys

I just read Jordan Adler’s Beach Money as a part of the Book of the Month Club with the company I work with. We read a different book every month and on Monday nights we get on the phone and recap it.

This book is truly inspirational for a lot of reasons. First, I can relate to all of Jordan’s failures in network marketing and the fact that he joined 11 companies before he finally became successful.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan on a cruise a couple of years ago and it was really inspirational to hear some of his stories and struggles.

Beach Money starts out by giving the most perfect definition of network marketing that I think I’ve ever heard. It goes like this:

Network Marketing is the distribution of products and services through a network of independent representatives. Each representative is responsible to consume and sell a small amount of product and then recruit others to do the same. Sales volume is generated through a lot of people each buying and selling a small amount of product. Commissions are paid based on training new distributors and the consumption of products and services in the network. A company offering a product or service can eliminate the need for expensive advertising campaigns by deploying a network of individuals who get paid for sharing products and services they love with others through word of mouth. An individual seeking an income opportunity can generate an unlimited stream of commissions through repeat business and sales within his or her growing organization.

Network marketing is the perfect business, and in these trying times, there are so many people looking to make an extra income that the pool of potential distributors is virtually unlimited.

IF YOU WANT TO BE NOTICED, SIT IN THE FRONT ROW!

Front Row Heidi and TimIn the book, Jordan talks about how he became a celebrity in the industry. Simply put, he always sat in the front row. By sitting in the front row the speakers will begin to see you and wonder who this person is.

Not only is the front row of a presentation where all the money-earners sit, the front row is also where you will be noticed by the speakers.

The second half of this equation is that you must ALWAYS introduce your guest to the speaker. Act like you know them. They won’t give you up. Your guest will be impressed that you actually know this amazing speaker on the stage and the speaker on the stage will remember you for sure!

orange_man_using_mic
— Important People will start to know your face
— Important People will start to know your name
— Important People will think you’re important and begin to hang with you

Sitting in the front row, consistently, will give you ROCK STAR STATUS faster than Taylor Swift made it to the big time on the Country Music scene. You will soon find yourself being asked to sit up front, so it won’t be too far for you to get to the stage when it’s your turn to speak!

STRATEGIES FOR CREATING BEACH MONEY

In this book you will learn 12 strategies to achieve Beach Money !! I’m going to share just ONE with you here, so you know what that means…. You gotta get the book and read it for the rest of the strategies.

BEACH MONEY STRATEGY NO. 1

Focus on Distribution not Sales.vendingmachine

In Strategy No. 1, Jordan brilliantly outlines the focus of where your business mindset should be. I particularly loved the first line, where he says it’s a myth that you have to be good at sales to succeed in network marketing.

The question is simple, really, would you choose buy a product low and sell it high and make a retail commission, or would you rather set up a lot of little vending machines all over the world and collect a small amount of money from each one on a daily basis.

Having been connected to the vending industry at one point in my life, I can tell you that those small amounts of money add up to Beach Money very quickly.

My Favorite Chapter

Bed Wetting and What it Means

imagesOK, sorry guys, I’m not going to give up the punchline on this one, but if you look hard enough you will see a clue. Let’s just say that when I got to the end of this chapter I was laughing out loud (or for all you texters, LOL).

The chapter is all about perceptions and the way you look and interpret events that happen in your life.

People have pre-conceived opinions about network marketing and sometimes they’re very negative. If you look at the negative, the negative will appear. Sometimes just a simple shift in your focus can change your life.

Sometimes…….

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change.”

Summing it all up…..

Bottom line, you have to read this book. It’s a quick read and it truly makes you realize that the joy is in the journey and more important, YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN NETWORK MARKETING if you just follow a few simple rules.

I’ll close with what I believe was my favorite line in the whole book, which sum it up beautifully….

Most of all, we find comfort in knowing that we are all a
part of a special group of people who have the gift of an entrepreneurial spirit!

Can’t wait to see YOU on the beach!!!

I’m also reading this book and like you, can relate to the many challenges Jordon experienced on his way to financial freedom. Mindset is everything, and Jordan does a great job here teaching this valuable lesson with humor and candor.

  2. Hi Debbie!

I loved this article and am going to hop over to amazon and order that book now! I totally agree that we must uphold and uplift the PERCEPTION of our industry. it’s so funny that you would include Dr Wayne Dyer’s saying “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”, because that is my #1 all time favorite saying!! It is so true..as soon as you change your perception, it’s amazing how your thoughts, feelings and even circumstances change! ok..ok..#2 favorite is: “Those who will never risk going too far can never know how far they can go”
We are part of the greatest occupation on earth! I just finished our ebook today all about the professional aspect mlm, and how to join the top income earner club!! This fit perfectly with my thought process…

I like the vending machine analogy! I’ve been working on several projects and wondering if some of the small ones were a waste of time. But the small ones are like vending machines. Now I’m thinking I should move them up the priority ladder. Thanks for sharing, Debbie!

  7. Hi Debbie,

What a great review and I look forward to reading it. The section on “perception”- it’s so true. This resonates with don Miguel Ruiz’s teachings (The Four Agreements) on don’t make assumptions, don’t take things personally, and don’t read into things. Always control your own way of thinking and in network marketing, that’s a crucial ingredient.

  10. Hi Debbie,
I love posts about great books and this one is very intriguing thanks to your excitement and devotion to it. My list of recommended books is long and this one is not on it, but it’s going on. I love the title. Beach Money is what we’re working for.
When you mentioned that Jordan went through 11 companies before he found his success, I felt very lucky. Dave and I are sure our third company is the one that will take us to success.
I can really see us sitting on the same beach with our laptops, which will most often be sitting under our lounge chairs, while we read “Beach Money” one more time.

I am one of those people who used to ignore the little things, and always aim for the fences. Now, I realize that making small changes can lead to major increases in profits. It’s like compound interest.

  13. Thanks Debbie I loved everything that Jordan had to say. Especially when you pointed out “I particularly loved the first line, where he says it’s a myth that you have to be good at sales to succeed in network marketing.”

But I do have to comment on this one statement that Jordan made concerning network marketing “Sales volume is generated through a lot of people each buying and selling a small amount of product.” This makes the assumption to me at least that you require a lot (maybe thousands), There are companies in which you can make a 7 figure income with less than 200 people in your downline. Just wanted to share that.

  21. The hard part is sitting in the front row when nobody else around you is sitting with you. The thing is, once one person does it others will follow them. That is maybe the magic of the front row and what each person in network marketing needs to get. This book sounds really interesting, I need to look into it.
