Your Autoresponder
This is absolutely the foundation of your business. You spend a lot of time and effort getting people to come to your Blog or your Website. If you have no way of capturing their information, what’s the use. You can never connect with them again.
Statistics prove over and over again that it takes AT LEAST seven contacts for a prospect to know you, like you and trust you. Until they have all three of these elements in place, they usually won’t buy what you’re selling.
Always remember, this is not a race, it’s a marathon. It’s kind of like the classic story of the tortoise and and the hare. Slow and steady will always win on the Internet. If you blast your prospect in the face one time with your opportunity, and never contact them again, you will lose them for life.
It’s all about the relationship.

Your Web Hosting
Another key piece to marketing online, as you will soon find out, is having your own branding Blog. Your Blog is your central hub where visitors will start to get to know you and get a feel for what you’re all about and if they are going to know you, like you and trust you.
This will be the beginning of your marketing funnel.
However, you won’t just want any Blog. You will want a Wordpress.Org Blog. The advantage of a Wordpress.org Blog (and don’t confuse this with Wordpress.com, they’re two different animals), is that you will actually own your Blog. This is YOUR piece of real estate on the World Wide Web. Nobody can take it away from you.
Your Wordpress.org Blog is completely free, except that you will have to host your Blog with a hosting company.
My recommendation for hosting is GoDaddy.com – World’s No.1 Domain Name Registrar . They are pretty easy to navigate and they have amazing customer service. I have their number on speed-dial. Any time day or night you can call their 800 number and get a real person who knows a lot. Most of the techs that I’ve spoken with are actually good with the Wordpress site and can help you with that also.
They’re also very reasonable and again, keep in mind, that the longer of a term your purchase for, the more dollars you will save.
